Will BSNL Fiber broadband work with D-Link 2750U Wireless N-300 ADSL2/2+ 4-port Router & RJ-11 internet port?

Very unlikely. It's a DSL modem not meant for Fiber connections. I have the same model which is lying useless.
 
For BSNL fibre you need a Syrotech or similar ONT + router. Check with BSNL...they have a specified list that works with their OLT. Alternatively you can use bridge mode on the router and use your own to perform authentication and routing. It's best you speak to their technician.

It maynot be all useless
You can flash ME firmware and use it as a normal router, or like a accesspoint
It has good 2.4g range tho
 
Can you share the resource you're referring to? I have looked up and couldn't find any.

Do look up under the modem to see the hardware version you have. If you flash with
the wrong model firmware you will end up with a bricked router and will have to visit
the D-Link service center to update it.
