I changed my plan in Jio fiber postpaid connection earlier this month to do so I have to pay advance payment to the plan that I have opted for. Now, I am planning to surrender my Jio fiber postpaid connection, will I receive the remaining balance amount, or will it lapse? Suggestions will be helpful!

dropped my RDP numerous times. Short Stateful NAT timeouts regardless of keepalives and lastly FTPS do not work which is like 45% of my needs.
Connection was rock solid though, good support and never ever went down not even hiccups and the price is good for what it is worth.

Airtel is decent but at times they have some hiccups and do not have good uptime like Jio.
For OTT watchers, Jio is definitely the best choice.

I’m having the same issue and getting throw out of aws servers because of tcp connection drops. Where did you make request for termination and what proofs do you have to submit to get refund ? what is the procedure ? @Lolita_Magnum

I called their support and requested for cancellation of my account.
In about 2–3 weeks, a person will come to collect the router and set-up box. Post, you will receive a link to enter your bank details and cancelled cheque image.
The amount is usually credited within 15–30 days after that.
I am not sure, if you are refunded advanced payments made during initial installations, you might need to check with Jio on that.
