will the speed decrease

Yes airtel does give more bandwidth providing the internet a room to breathe as you can notice the pings won’t even fluctuate even with downloads being on but on Jio they do strictly cap the speed but to the mentioned amount provided in their plan.

It’s nothing new - Airtel has always provided more bandwidth than mentioned and reliance has always been this way, very strict to the bandwidth and yes they should provide a little more bandwidth which at least gives an internet a space to breathe even with full speed downloads on which eventually leads to stable pings and routings even with the download being on at full speed, you can continue gaming without it being noticed.

getting very unstable speed.mean at one point above 3 MBps and other it reduces to 1MBps or even reduces to KBps.do u all observe the same especially in afternoon or evening.it reaaly is unstable slowing decreasing to 1 and going to 3.variation in speed very high

Jio is not a B-Level ISP provided you with peered idiotic routings.
You should be getting the complete speed, if not then why are you spam replying here instead of taking the frustrations out on the Reliance people? Tell them to get the device that shows what your Fiber quality values are exactly - When they see there is a wiring issue then it will help them resolve it properly. (This typically happens when Jio is distributing through the street poles up till a point then to your house via exposed fiber which Airtel did to me. We have Jio setup so well managed in this new house that it comes through our electrical pipes directly to each and every houses in our 4 blocks of apartments.

The way you are describing your issue is exactly reading a LCO providing a destributed internet through their shitty car garages.
