Will you switch to Big TV, Dish TV or Cable?

customer care guys were lack of oral communication skills:rofl::wall: don't know how they got jobs in big network. thinking of changing to cable, if still they delay launching their service

well all dth services in india have drawback of signal going off during medoicre and haeavy rain falls..so neither big tv or sun dth or what ever comes in india this drawback can;t change..so its better to stay back in TS coz i think after 8to 12 months from now they may change to mpeg4 and probably after 2 years from now we can use single Settop box to access all dth services..After all its india..all will have same drawbacks....no one cam be fully satidifed with anything is thsi world..so its better to stay back for some months and wait 4 another 1 year or more to think abt a new dth or a new television viewing experince

Wait for few more months and pay few more 1000s. Eariler is better if we decide to change. Why wasting money on what we don't like?

It better to move to cable rather then dishtv ... So I will stick with TS for time being ... All this talk abt rate increase etc is just not official right now ... Lets see wht amount they decrease of the base pack and wht r the prices of the other addon packages ... I don't mind Rs.400 for cable cos I used to pay Rs.350 to my local cable guy just for lot less channels and 9-10 days downtime and grainy picture ... Atleast with TS one can get some peace of mind along with excellent quality comapred to other dth providers ...

But I too wait for bigtv reviews before making any further decision ... So for atleast next few months I will be using TS ...

Wait for some more time. At present there is not many Tamil or Regional channels. If you don't have interest in regional channels then you can take TS. But still you won't get all the sports or news or movie channels. Don't get carried away reading this section. Read other sections and also other forum to get a true picture
