Please Note If you install any service pack on your previously running machine then you will definitely experience slowdowns to counter that you need to install the integrated windows 7 SP1.For the changelog : major one is the support for the USB 3 functionality.If you need i can post the integrated iso link over here

Yes you have to format and reinstall. But the links are not from Microsoft, but the iso is official which are available on TechNet/MSDN or the Testers.

Hurray! Windows Annoyance Pack 1 installed!

I had to stop/start update 2-3 times as it seems to have stuck at certain percentages.

After installing..i think system has not slowed down..so some good news!

Hurray! Windows Annoyance Pack 1 installed!

I had to stop/start update 2-3 times as it seems to have stuck at certain percentages.

After installing..i think system has not slowed down..so some good news!

It has been proven and in testing also proven....so point in fighting on that it slows down or not.
