it was in beta testing before. available to limited number of users. now it is available to anyone running a legit copy of windows 7.

Way before its official release on 22nd Feb 2011 it was available with the testers since November 2010.
And the Subscription holders of MSDN/TechNet had the privilege to download from 16th Feb 2011.
So rest of the people across the globe are considered as everyone

what i said was what it is. it is available for legit copies of windows.

Yup. It's only available for legit copies of windows.You may experience issues if you try it on a pirated copy.

There is no problem.It's just the matter of morals. Some people don't feel stealing software is wrong but some do.And also I believe you won't be able keep your PC up with latest updates on a pirated OS,unless you have a real big workaround.
