How come windows updates get downloaded so quickly , 117 mb , 50% done in 5 minutes & i have a torrent running which is taking up half of my connection speed

There are two possible reasons for fast downloads... Either you have set it to download updates in the background but only install then when you tell it to. Or Microsoft uses its own version of Android type delta updates.
