I wanted to address an issue that I am facing while trying to use windows store on my computer/laptop. When I open windows store I receive error 0x80072ee7. I was getting this error on my PC when I wasn't using a genuine copy of windows. I thought the problem is due to windows not being genuine and so, I din't pay much attention to it. But then I bought a new laptop (with genuine windows 8.1, of course) and the issue still remains. I then tried using the internet through my phone (hotspot) and win store came to life (no errors, issues, nothing). But since it's very costly use internet from phone, I am using wifi from MTNL connection only. And whenever I use MTNL, guess what?? No win store again.

There is one more thing I would like to point out is that there is also some sort of issues it windows update due to MTNL connection only, I believe. Sometimes I receive error message while checking, downloading or installing updates. It doesn't happen all the time. It's occasional (or may be with specific updates, I'm not really sure). But first I want to get win store issue to be resolved since I'm so frustrated with it not working and I've looked for the solution in many places but found none to be useful for me.
Please help me solve this issue.
