Consider yourself lucky.. everyone on jio backend is facing this problem. Jio has their own peer setup at Singapore which decides which server it wants to route. Basically anything else they don't seem important or they want to block goes through some other gateway which is poorly routed

i would love to mess around see how to get around and how they decide if a packet is to be routed via good route or bad route.

maybe you could try proxy servers on windscribe firefox extension.

Because for some weird reason ,i get least ping to Valo servers only on BSNL default DNS. Even though DNS shouldn't affect ping.

totallyacdn not working on Tata Play Fiber as well.

ProtonVPN seems to work on Tata Play Fibre. Speed isn't that slow either - I connected to a US server, it gave me 50mbpsD/20U on the free plan - my internet is 100D/100U, so pretty decent.
