Warner Bros. might push "Wonder Woman 1984" to the summer of 2021, or put the film on HBO Max after a Dec. 25 theatrical debut.

Warner Bros. execs are considering whether to push the highly anticipated superhero sequel to the summer of 2021 or keep the movie on its Dec. 25 theatrical debut and then put it on the HBO Max streaming service in early January, according to sources with knowledge of the plans.

Apparently ATT wants to release the movie on HBOMax after seeing the numbers from Disney Earnings call while WB is against it.

They should wait for few more months. Superhero genre movies deserves to be released on big screens. Digital release won't do justice to the movie and the hard work behind it.
