yeah u should try atleast threaten them that ull go to consumer court cause i also had tata bb bullshit connection which used to go down every 2 week or so got so much pissed with it that finally changed to a new one.

umm. someone should actually sue tata indicom. i hear all the bad things about them...and then i see ratan tata on television and am amazed how come he is the boss of THIS company in the end...
