i have brought Electrolux SP55N 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC on may 2014. they gave 1 year warranty on outdoor unit and 5year warranty compressor. first year of purchese it works very good but on august 2016 its condense coil get leaked. when i complain to customer care they told that outdoor unit have only 1 year warranty so it can't repaired free. when i call electrolux MP head (sales) he told me that only 2-3% machine get defected.

my point is that if state head knows that 2-3% machine get defected than why did not company gave solutions for the 2-3% who suffered? are they did't pay the real money or leave them on there luck?

i m very much disappointed with the machine and suggest you not to purchase electrolux machine.
 
Well, it's the same across all brands and not just Electrolux. They give only 1 year warranty on everything except compressor.
 
IMO happens with all products. We have to admit the fact and move on. I have a inexpensive Dell laptop bought couple of months ago. Gave a lot of issues. Can't really complain. Quality of electronic items have gone down for sure.
