For the past 3 months I have been using Metronet provided by City Broadband. Most of the time it is not working. Whenever I try to contact the persons who are running this City Broadband they never respond. Even the SMS is un-answered many times. I complained to Metronet Customer Care also. The most surprising part is when I ask them to refund the Security Deposit, they do not return also as I would like to go for some other Service Provider.
My advise to Prashanth Nagar (Near KHB Colony, Magadi Road) residents would be do not go for Metronet especially provided by City Broadband as their service is worst.
