wrong billing statement !!

hi ...i have changed my broadband plan from 256 kbps unlimited to 2.5 gb free combo plan which costs 499rs. but this plan is in effect from 1st march and now its april and its the same plan ..my last month bill came and i dont how they made it ..it shows my broadband charges 650 rs. and 250 additional service charges ....my last month MB usage was 1.8 gb only so how can they charge me 150 rs. more when limit is 2.5 gb and also what kind of addt. services they r giving me and taking 250 rs. and also taking service charges extra ...i mean i have left complaints to every number of mtnl of wrong billing ..but they r not responding ..when i call they say they would call back but they dont ..i even left complaint in DGM BROADBAND office but still no response i am confused its so irresponsible of them ....my bill date is due in few days ...can somebody help me??? i live in west delhi..................:frown:

hey did you pay the installation charges? they list the installation charges too in the bill.well..I would reckon you take your bill go to the nearest sanchar hut's account division and clarify this.They will explain it to you.Your bill seems to be correct, that's y i did not receive any calls from MTNL regarding your complaint.

why installation charges??? ....do they charge u if u change your plan ..i dont think so ....how do i find address to near sanchar hat...??
