Wrong Username and Password?

When I try to connect I keep getting "The username/password is invalid on the domain". I have to redial it like 50-60 times to connect(without changing user/pass).Once when it connects, it works fine for the rest of the day. I next day when I wake up and try to connect , same thing happens. This is very annoying since every morning from last 1 week it has been wasting my 20-30 minutes on reconnecting.Any help?

Call CC and tell them to reset password
if same thing happen then visit ur local exchange and talk about port change
