^ I don't see how FUP is applicable here or how FUP will replace DPI. FUP is to enforce the *amount* of data being transferred. DPI is to analyze the *content* of data being transferred. Given our fantastic Cyber laws, I wouldn't be surprised if this is something that is mandated by the Govt.

thanks for the link buddy however thats a torrent site and I am not able to download and seed torrent from that site.I managed to use hotspot shiled to access site and download the torrent. but its not working on utorrent.

^ if it's good site which it sounds like, they will have a ssl login too try that, if not then you are out of luck, only way out is a VPN then, support staff will clear that.

Well Im getting the same ban msg from myanonnamouse and im using MTNL...seems to me that either the myanon guys have messed up or we in Delhi will face a shitstorm soon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!


EDIT: Well they seem to have lifted the ban on me..hope you get ur ban lifted as well. But this is some scary shit now. Before we know it they are passing the DPI data to big companies like microsoft or the likes and dragging us to courts.
