WTH SEO professional in Mumbai

Hello,We're a web hosting company (quite well known, but I would not prefer giving out the name publicly) and are looking for a couple of SEO experts. We acquired a new office in Santacruz W, Mumbai and are looking for techies with web hosting experience and SEO professionals to staff the office. We had given an advertisement on Monster.com but weren't satisfied with the results. Most resumes flooding in were by people clueless about SEO except the fact that they knew how to do "directory submissions" and "blog posting".
