Xiaomi still have a case against them unsolved regarding using mediatek socs on their phones. So Redmi 4 or 4s whatever won't have a chance to land in India. You may see a redmi 4s or 4s with sd 652 for the Indian market.

But right now no mediatek phones from xiaomi for the Indian market. Period ...
