this has been on my wishlist for sooo long. not buying though.

yeah i mean i had plans to get this. there are some moments where something like this is required. but timing is all wrong. winters are starting. also reviews are generally neural. from what i remember people were complaining about lack of speed as in it does not really work from a distance. basically a very low performance fan. do read reviews on Amazon before ordering.

Ok I just placed an order...

I previously bought a cheap Amazon basics and an orient branded non BLDC models both under 2.5k and effing even the lowest speed button is like a blizzard and pretty noisy on both of them.

I mean I never learn that you buy cheap stuff and you get what you pay for lol.

Looking forward to the claimed silent operation of this fan, I don't need more than mild to moderate wind speed even during summers.

do remember that xiaomi has practically zero customer support for their consumer electronics. and local electricians would probably not able to do anything with this. if this goes bad, it is basically junk.

I was tempted to order their airfryer for a relative. But ended up getting a dumb model from Philips coz at least they have a customer support which would visit you at home.

Are there alternatives from maybe atomberg for floor standing BLDC fan?

I could get a second one of these, don't mind trying it out.

I'm sure it will be better than the trash ones I'm currently using.
