Digitizer alone should be Rs.700-800 in local market.
if LCD is in working condition it depends on skill level of local mechanic if he's able to replace glass and use
only new digitizer and make it working again, total cost should be under 1200/- including labor charges.
he will work on your risk, as sometimes LCD breaks when removing from broken digitizer.
if LCD and digitizer is gone, then around 2200-3000 max. for both depends on model, I don't know about this specific model.

I know. I feel like that service center guy is ripping me off. I bargained for 10mins and he was willing to do it for 4k which is still too much I think.
I would have got it done it in local guy store but the phone still has 6 months warranty left.
