XStream Fiber BB - V-Fiber VDSL to FTTH upgrade experience

I don't see any disadvantage with CG-NAT. TPF gives CG-NAT IPv4 and Static IPv6 and I don't see any difference in day to day use when comparing it with Public IP while using Airtel. I am not sure why you are so adamant about getting a public IPv4 unless you are trying to access a FTP server or some IoT device while you are away from home, in that case you should opt for Static IPv4 from Airtel. Apart from that I don't see any real benefit of public IPv4.

@ryuk_

An IPv4 public IP allows me to connect to all clients by port forwarding on a private tracker I am a member of. In case of a CG-NAT (non IPv6) I will be connectable to only those clients that are "active" and not to all users. This limits my upload ratio unless I use a VPN or tailscale to get a forwardable port.

In case airtel puts me on CG-NAT in the future and gives a static IPv6 I think I could become connectable just like I am able now. Will cross the bridge when it comes to that.
