I have been unsubscribing from all their mails but they are usually marketing. But I have noticed in recent weeks, that they have stopped sending transaction alerts (bank account) and now they tell me that even credit card statements are not being delivered on email and I should download them manually. They already have a pretty messed up way of downloading credit card statements. They provide a public URL with a weirdass web interface to check my statements and download the pdf file.

Anyone with Yes Bank savings bank account... Are you getting regular transaction alerts on email and sms?
Anyone with Yes Bank credit cards... Are you also getting similar message that statements are no longer sent on email?
 
freaks sent the statement links on whatsapp instead of sms/email. what a shit bank.
 
Important update regarding Airport Lounge Access on your YES BANK Debit Card

Dear Customer,
We would like to hereby inform you, that effective 1st July 2024, we are revising the complimentary airport lounge access feature associated with your YES BANK Debit Card.
You can continue to enjoy the complimentary lounge access benefit on your Debit Card by meeting the below criteria:
Spend INR 5,000 or more in the current quarter* and become eligible for the complimentary lounge access in the next quarter
Only the spends at merchant outlets and online shopping portals will be considered for the calculation
Please note:
The number of complimentary airport lounge access, as applicable to your Debit Card variant, will remain unchanged, subject to meeting the spend based criteria.

all alerts are enabled in backend. and also can confirm... their online banking provides access to just last 12 statements. crazy. at least cover the last financial year. statement is available through a public web link. they cannot even link to 24 links?

and to login, i had to re-register for online banking as i had not logged in for six months.

such a wonderful banking experience. and of course they haven't fixed their yearly statement format. it is still not in a4 size.
