Ramdev dvds are enough to learn and start bro.. Dont go for complex yogas.. Starts with anulom vilom and kapal bhaati.. If you feel its effective then go for classes.
Anulam vilom & kapal bhaati are part of pranayam.Pranayam is enough for day to day life improving respiratory functions , boosting immunity, wieght control, lowering mental stress, loss of fatigueness, getting sound sleep. what more a man wants!!
U r a very bad participant in discussions then! But yeah, on topic.....dont do it learning from quacks or someone with superficial knowledge. Start some basics by checking out the DVDs iCon and all have recommended to u. If u can get up early in the day, i think the live broadcast can be seen too on Aastha/Sanskaar......i know u wont like to go to that channel, but leave those prejudices behind for a while, and may be for just this thing, u can check that channel. If that doesnt work out, may be u can visit one of their clinics too. They do advice on basic stuff like Pranayam for sure. Else, a personal instructor.....
