Recently I purchased YOU TELECOm connection-512kbps unlimited....according to the given ratio i should get around 55~64 kBps as the download speed but to my horror the speed didnt even went through 20kBps....i was horrified for having such a pathetic speed calling CC ppl they told me that there will be a visit from technical person soon. when the technical guy arrived he cheked the speed and told me that i will have to download any thing in multiple , no single download will fetch me +55kBps. he told me that the 64 kBps speed is the addition of downloads upto 4...is it true or they are just hiding their incapability to solve the problem...im from Mumbai regionLong story short:::::not getting the speed of +55kBps on single file download, torrents not working, getting speeds of 10~15kBps, what to do???
