The plan which you want to get doesn't even deliver 70% speed.

True .. but I do get about 1mbps when my 25gb expires .. at times its dead slow .. but yes i never get 12mbps ever till 25gbs ... heck its not bad at 900/- Rs to be very honest ...

You will get about 1mbps after u use 25gbs .. so downloads at about 100 - 110 kbps ...

Just got a call from You Tele that they have increased the rates of Hurricane 25gb 12 mbps plan to Rs 1100 + . he said some figure I didnt understand was something like 1120 and thereabouts ..

Speed is good but line quality is average. Same problem poor infrastructure.
