Hmmm...... The intention was not to mock him as such. He has improved his English a lot now. But the fact remains that being the head of such a large institution he should also have learnt to speak well, before going around making such statements on video - Atleast he could have used a prompter . There are several people who support him and several who make fun. My own colleague has studied in one of his institutions & when he started his speech in Tamil once, the students started giving slogans of "We want English" for obvious reasons
