YouTube Premium prices hiked in India

@vishalrao just check the original post of this thread.. there is mentioned "in your household" in family plan. What's that mean?
Is youtube is also planning to follow netflix strategy? Earlier household was not mentioned in family plan description, only family members was mentioned.

Rs. 24 individual / month

Annual Old Price : ₹1,290.00 (Individual)
Rs. 21.5 individual / month

I don't think Annual price is increased that much. Annual plans for Family is like ₹3,588.00 (waste of money).
Rs. 59.8 individual / month.

So, I think Yearly plan is best to be purchase if you are going to buy it between friends/family or whatever. It is still affordable.

Never mind.

Family is cheaper if all slots are filled. Of course it makes little sense for two people. Should be cheaper than individual plan as soon as there are three family members.

@Protector Your math is wrong. You are basing it on the fact that a family plan only has 2-3 members. I have 6 members in mine. 6 individual plans will cost 9k yearly. So lol.

He seems to be basing family plan calculation with two people in group. Individual yearly plan would cost cheaper than family plan for two people.

Yeah it becomes a problem if and when they start enforcing same household. Two of the six members in my group are based in Delhi.
