Zee Dish TV DTH ate up 1000 bucks in 20 days!

I renewed the Dish TV DTH connection on my dad's television last month. 1000 bucks.Took me a while to get them to accept the payment made through ICICI Bank.It's 16 January and they have already sent me an sms saying my payment is due. The payment is for a single connection. Idiots upgraded me from Maxi package to Platinum. Two add-on packages for Colors and CNBC. Cannot find out how that ate up 1000 bucks in 20 days.

oh man.. thats very bad on their part. Is it possible for u to slap a legal notice to them ?Did u contact teh CC ? what are they saying ?

called them twice. both the times the line just got cut! i have sent them a mail... their accounts detail page is very confusing. so many charges are cut that i cannot really make sense out of it.

Mouthshut.com, Consumercomplaints.in - complaint there...call the CC from some other number...

their accounting system is pretty messed up. some payments are made till may this year. some are till january this year. some are till march this year.

to be frank, I dont understand anything from the pictures u ve attached...I would suggest u to call from another number and threaten them to file a case against them...

heh. i know. the figures make absolutely no sense.

zee dish tv sucks. dad wont go back to cable coz he does not like the random problems that crop up on cable. i am personally using the cable guy's feed and i hate him for the bad quality on channels i usually watch (star world).

their sms notification never worked for me i never recieved any messages from them even after 1 week of expirationi have to set reminder in my mob to pay my subscriptionjus ignore them if you are recieving your subscribed channelswhat does your Dishtv My Account says( i always see 0/0/0)
