Can any one help me out to get me a NEW Remote as our remote is not working properly I tried giving in local place for repair but no use of it. Plz let me know where can I get it in Chennai with place, location if possible contact number. I tried in Vivek, Vadapalani but no use and also in Chellamani ....

I just got a new remote for my old Kaon STB. It cost me Rs. 300. Unfortunately, I am in Pune and cannot tell you where to get it in Chennai. You can using Just Dial - India's No.1 local search engine to find out some local distributors. Good Luck.

You can get the dish TV remotes (also all TV remotes) in Mercy electronics shops in Anna nagar near roundana and Vadapalani , it costs only 120 or 130 Rs 044- 26200783

Oops... I didn't even try local shops. I straight went to Meltek systems (Kharadi) who is DishTV's biggest distributor in Pune. Oh well! Hopefully, I got something that will last a few years.
