Zee Dish TV DTH: Khel Active, Movies Active, Cinema Active not working !

We used to get multipple mosaic screens on TV under Khel Active, Movies Active Cinema Active, Kids Active, Music Active but none of these is working since past few months! I am a subscriber of Dish Platinum !! :madness:Restore factory settings did not solve the problem either.Anybody having the same problem? Anybody asked CC? :huh:

Well all these Mosaic active servics have been removed from Dishtv platform few months back.

Those Active services have been removed. Dish TV going down each day...!! Boooooooooo.........!

Oh yes ! For me atleast. Since I watch a lot of music, it was easier for me to find out which ch is playing which music video at a time.

If those active services have been discontinued, why didn't they remove it from menu after recent software upgrade ? :frown:

Yes they shouldn't overleaf such changes as new customers may get puzzled.

^^Thats the biggest prob of Dish TV - unprofessional in all ways. Anyways, some of the active services are back !
