Well Dear As far As Oriya is concern Dishtv Already have Sabse Zyaada Oriya channels total 4- DD Oriya, OTV, ETV Oriya and Naxatra News.

First Its not possible to put all the channels available in India on DTH. Further Dishtv Already have all the important and Maximum regional channels on their platform.
