Zee Dish TV DTH: Please Help.....!

hello guys,
i just got my dish tv activated after its subscription ended. now the problem im getting is dat whenever i switch on my set top box i get a screen with a message

"Call Dish TV Customer Care on 1800-****-***"

also the screen freezes, no button works except power.

i have also checked my subscription status its says active.
following are the details through dish tv website

Plz Remove VC Card check what Happened Then Insert Again Or Switch Off Power Button 2-3times Immditely Then Switch On It Will Work if Sucess then replay me

If that dont work, then simply call the CC. Its very little ppl on forum can help for such problem.

ive tried everything... i have removed the card and switched it off several times but still im getting the same problem...i should have called the CC but unfortunately im using the dishtv service in Pakistan :wall:.if there is any other way please let me know, ill be very thankful to u.

Check if you inserted your VC card properly and Keep your setup box switched on for 24 hours and check again....

Ejim, please be careful, as giving your subscriber id and other details , as it can be misused, also your stb can be blocked if you are viewing in prohibited countires ,
