zte 830 AII modem driver instal fails says can't detect modemtry to connect both ethernet and usb cables (one by one) when connecting usb cable always red led is blinking when connecting ethernet cable it shows green led but in both cases modem not detected

whatever it is internet is not available internet led not blinking (dsl led showing in red )also try calling bsnl they will say they will check connection and call back but never call
