They are preparing them for the massive abuse they are going to face on a daily basis once the network opens for public. I would not like to be in their position today.

Only one provider will shine always for its quality is Airtel.

Reliance is famous for polluting the market with their cheap pricing, which makes the service bad for others indirectly
