Airtel Broadband with Static IP gives unlimited bandwidth at full speeds?

Is Netflix worth it in India? From what I know, it doesn't have most of the shows right now

Not much in Indian Netflix to be honest but I'm using Smartflix and Overplay smartDNS to access the american/worldwide content. I also use this helpful firefox addon to discover new content Netflix Super Browse .

35GB @ 16Mbps for 1,650. 450 for static IP. Unlimited not working any more.

Don't know about ADSL but this static IP thing is not working on FTTH. Confirmed by the sales guy who tipped me off about it in the first instance.

Now on 2,499 for 16Mbps with 200GB FUP and unlimited calling.

This after trying MTNL FTTK for a week or so which was highly unreliable.

It's working fine for me. But I'm, getting random slowdowns every 1-2 days. Not sure if that's happening due to the Static IP, but won't be risking calling CC.
