I just got call from Airtel customer care asking me to upgrade my account to 500GB/8Mbps for 3k per month. I asked if this is static ip plan, and if there is any additional setting or charged, but was told that it is not static ip plan, and is a regular plan only for existing customers. I was on 80GB+40GB/8Mbps plan, and Netflix was eating up most of my bandwidth. I hope now it should work.
