Postpaid customers are big source of revenue so generally telcos don't convert Post to Pre.File request and if they deny, a threat to port out to another network should work.
Is buying a new Prepaid not a good soultion for you?

So I made a visit to the nearby shop and they said that the UL plan isn't UL,and that it has a CAP of 5GB [emoji33]
Can someone confirm this ??
Or is this only related to Postpaid??

Use beyond 5GB and find out

I've used a lot more on prepaid and the speed doesn't reduce. I don't think you should be worried.
