I wonder what would courts do if an accused challenges the challan and asks the cops to prove that he jumped a red light or was not wearing a seatbelt. I mean the only evidence that cops usually have is image from a radar gun in case of driving above speed limit. Apart from that, it is their word against yours.
Dad is not interested otherwise I would love to challenge the suspension of my license. Too bad the way courts in Delhi are behaving these days, the judge would probably just end up scolding me for wasting the court's time.
