Hi, a close relative is contemplating a massive career change and wants my help with it.
Background: He was doing a professional course in Finance, but is disillusioned and wants to shift out to become a Pastry Chef. He has no prior experience and as of now only has a BCom degree.
He wants to choose the Pastry Chef course as he likes to bake and it takes a shorter time and has more relaxed upper age limits (true?) as compared to other Chef courses. Also because he is almost 27.
So where can he pursue a good Pastry Chef Course, which will get him a respectable internship? Also, course can be around 1 year which is fine, longer ones may be an issue.
Anywhere in India is preferable.
Can also manage to go abroad, to nearby places like Singapore, but preference remains India.
He lives in NCR.
