Is there any option to pay Railwire bills online ?

Is it compulsory to recharge through the franchise ? Can we pay directly to Railwire, at least manually ?

The LCO does not give any receipt for us. So it is just his word that we paid or not. Sad way of things.

My LCO is ill and hospitalised. I had a real tough time getting my bill paid this time. He is not reachable on phone and I had to find an alternate no. . His staff responded and put me online. Expecting LCO to recharge in time is getting a gamble.

On the other hand ,my LCO is so punctual,he recharges without me knowing and i pay when ever i want.
