Hello to all, I came down to a post on facebook where someone's welcome offer got converted to Postpaid plan. So I would like to advise everyone to take screenshot of the plan from My JIO app to submit as proof in future.
They are not sending the bills right now but it may create problems after 31 Dec. It may be some problem in their back end software.
My MY-JIO app shows that I am on prepaid plan so without my request/permission my plan can't be converted to postpaid(I guess).
So in that case if my plan changes to postpaid I would have some proof to prove that I was on prepaid
I don't know how this is going to roll out after December 31st 2016........Too much problem in the launch itself.....strange thing happened with my account too two days ago......it prompted me to recharge and didn't show up usage or my current plan but came back to normal after few hours.....Yes JWO screen shot is a must for all to atleast escape from any liability from paying bills...trust me every weird thing is possible with Reliance family....that's what made them billionaires
You could port out as soon as 90 days are over, if you are paranoid.
Edit: *dons tinfoil hat* Don't postpaid users have to show last paid bill in order to port? Perhaps jio doesn't want anybody to port without paying for a month.
