BSNL 2G sucks. May be your local Tower has got some problem. Wait for 1-2 days.

only data is affected at least for me calls and 2g work will they even bother to check if there is any problem. Also it might be the upgrade or whatever they were planning to increase for user maybe maintenance is going on. I have not H+ but speeds are so bad like 2g.

In my case network gets restored within 24hrs moreover you can tweet to BSNL. They seem to be very reactive now a days.

I have suddenly stopped getting H+ signal now for few hours it is only showing E edge tried restarting changing APN nothing works stuck with edge even whatsapp not working on E.

Same issue here, I thought I was the only one getting it.
Only getting 2G Edge connection here since last 4-5 days. Very disappointing.
Broadband seems to be working fine though. Also contacted BSNL on Twitter and gave them a few details, let's see how competent they are.

Got this modem yesterday Huawei E-5573 Airtel 4G LTE unlocked modem on Amazon

PS : And also for andhra pradesh people. this is how you do the recharge

recharge with 1100 and you will get 1200TT then send STV DATA1099 to 123. you will be charged with 955.6500 for 30days unlimited
