maybe exchange has not configured the plan properly, limiting your upload speed to 10%

Which means I can get them to change it. I'm getting 23dBm of power btw.

@vishalrao Should I ditch BSNL ADSL in favour of BSNL FTTH? I hanged on to ADSL because it was reliable and rarely face any down time but apparently it's not even that reliable anymore.

Do you face any significant downtime on FTTH?

I cancelled my BSNL ADSL because it was highly unreliable due to poor condition of the wiring.

Right now I have Airtel 4G home wifi CPE device as backup for my BSNL FTTH, but I hardly ever faced any downtime in the last 3.5 months since I got BSNL FTTH.

I would say keep a basic plan on ADSL and also go for FTTH plan 777 or 1277 surely. Keep ADSL for backup sake.
