No, I am still on the free preview. You get full 100Mbps upload and download on free preview. Once you are migrated to paid plans, some users are reporting 1/10 upload speed.

It's a 2.4ghz else it would be around 95mbps

@Lobogris I think all users are reporting 1/10th UL speed, not some. There is nobody on paid plan who is getting symmetrical speeds.
