Is this going to stay like this or you guys think Jio will move back to 1:1 Ratio?
 
I think since they have not mentioned 1:1 Ratio or 1:10 Ration anywhere. Don't you think, TRAI should be notified about this misleading?

Given that, Since 100 Download / Upload is Promised. And, there is no prior notice of clarification that Upload will be 1/10th of the Download. So, By default we can presume that Upload should be 100Mbps only?

Just a thought. What do you guys think?

Jio is seriously unreliable. I wouldn't say their network is bad. It's Good. But their approach is really poor. Bad Pricing/Plan and Now this ADSL kind of Policy on FTTH.

I tried asking about this on the Live Chat but 2-3 hours passed and none of the Customer Support Agent replied for even Hi.

I tried calling the JioFiber Helpline but that is always unavailable.

If anyone could share the latest information such as Call Number or WhatsApp Support?

Edit: I contacted them on the WhatsApp Number. There is no agent available.

I contacted them on their dedicated JioFiber Number (which can only be reached by JioFiber Number only as I am unable to call on that via. my Airtel Connection). It's been having that automated music but no agent is picking up the call. (I processed the IVR Options)
 
@gomfi - when I speak to Jio CC on 1800 889 9999, towards the end of the call they always inform you to even contact them on whatsapp and chat with CC on the whatsapp number.
