If that is the case then what about people who have paid Rs. 4500 security deposit?
There must be some difference in the routers....Rs. 2000 extra

you were testing it under preview. you can buy other dual band routers

yes but serves good for watch all live content in one place rather than going to each app and search for live channels

no idea... they may replace or ask you to buy new...... there are low cost dual routers in the market.... mostly between 2-2.5k.

So why did they replaced your existing one and charged you again when you had already paid ₹4500 for the white one?
