So I had mailed to [email protected] and got the response. I addressed these issues
1- 199 standalone plan confusion
2- non-satisfactory commercial plans / FUP cap
The conversation for 199 plan is as below :
Me - "I'm confused about combo 199 plan, your customer care staff have misinformed me or at least that is what I assume. Is 199 combo plan a base plan or do I need a prerequisite plan ( bronze, silver etc ) to continue using 199 plan ? If the latter is true then 199 is too expensive for just 7 days along with the additional base plan. "
Jio - "In reference to your first query, the answer is no. There is a stand-alone 199 plan. You do not need another plan for it to work. As I have checked, there is also a silver plan you have in queue. It will be activated once your 199 plan expires."
As for the other query, the response was just Jio marketing about it being "100% fiber, HD voice, TV video calls, smart TV etc etc. makes it a perfect bundled value."
