I got message that all my queued plans have expired. I called the customer care to raise a DISCONNECTION request. They asked me the reasons.. I listed some 5 or 6 valid reasons.. Now I see the JioFiberMigration Plan of 50GB active for 1 week.
I have decided to move out. Hope the refund process will be smooth.

No. I am not going to continue the Jio Fiber. But I want to take this opportunity to have Dual Band Modem + STB. I will do the recharge for one month.

But, if someone could tell me, How I should proceed with the paid plan so that they offer me both STB and Dual Band Modem?

@coolsam07 its been happening for a while now.. they are migrating them to paid plans.... just use jio as backup

more over i am unable to access my ont via myjio app... maybe internet is down in home or someone in my home switched off the modem

Those who want more data like hundreds, thousands of Gb's shall use jio fiber as back up since it has 199 plan and move to some other network.
