Hey there!

I read a lot of problems regarding Railwire broadband. However, it would be great for me if you can list them here, especially regarding gaming and the overall stability (speed, downtimes, packet loss etc.).

I saw that a lot people were having issues with CODM and PUBGM, is that resolved? And are you facing problems even in PC games or only these two?

@AkashDS No I haven't been assigned a Gaming IP. I don't expect the gaming ip to make any difference. This issue is from Railwire's connectivity. The enemy and teammate loading issue is the same with me and it won't happen on any server other than the Mumbai one. Using VPN I can maintain the 40-50ms ping but the issue is that the IP used y the VPN is virtually in Singapore, due to which my matchmaking is with the SEA players where I get 120ms ping.

@WandereR I don't seem to have any issue in playing Arcade or Classic but TDM takes too long to load. Same problem for you? It might not work in peak time, I have not tried yet though 😂

@AkashDS You'll get server timeout and other error messages before you can even join a match. And if that doesn't happen, when you land in classic, there'll be at least 10-20sec before you actually land and can equip guns. Since I take hot drops, that is terrifying.

@WandereR Hmm, let see. I'll test around 2 PM.

Till now I faced severe rubberbanding for like 10 sec and some small rubberbanding in Classic matches. ;-; There were times when my ping spiked. Didn't faced such issues in CODM.

I believe it's a low bandwidth issue. There are plenty of services hosted on AWS Mumbai and if you don't have enough bandwidth to serve all the requests, some will be dropped. I'm just guessing as I believe PUBGM server is at AWS Mumbai.
