Hey there!

I read a lot of problems regarding Railwire broadband. However, it would be great for me if you can list them here, especially regarding gaming and the overall stability (speed, downtimes, packet loss etc.).

I saw that a lot people were having issues with CODM and PUBGM, is that resolved? And are you facing problems even in PC games or only these two?

I'm having the same issue, after they assigned gaming ip the speeds fluctuates a lot. I'm routed through Delhi servers now instead of Mumbai, IDK why?🤔
Previously I used to get speeds of 30+Mbps on fast.com(10mbps connection) now I'm getting 15mbps, even though its good, the actual speeds while downloading from netflix is 600KBps, there was no improvement in pings though.
Getting ping of 50ms on Railtel Delhi
Ping of 100ms on Railtel Mumbai
Bro you get 15-30Mbps on 10Mbps. I get the same result with a 100Mbps connection.

This issue is going on since a week, today I am not able to access websites including broadbandforum and speedtest. Having issue using Zoom.

I had a talk with Railwire guy yesterday, he said there is some issue going on with routing. Usually we were routed through Kolkata Server, but now it's unreachable . Hence low speed.

@AkashDS @yr_1009 @WandereR @ch@ndlerbing Does having a gaming IP resolves the ping and speed issue on different servers like Netflix and all? I have raised the same concerns with the Railwire team, I believe they will offer this. But after reading here, It seems that the gaming IP has more problem than regular IPs :p
How can I check whether I am on a gaming IP or not?
